- A main power switch turns on the machine.
- A 1 - to 8 - digit code authorizes machine utilization; you the user can change this code if you wish.
- A totaling counter records the number of signatures or texts made by the machine, without the possibility of resetting the counter.
- The of documents to be signed is placed on the front of the machine in the reading direction. The perforations on the side of the document are inserted in the forms tractors, in the same way as on a printer. They come out on a shelf at the back of the machine.
- A programmable counter on the control panel displays the paper length in 1/6 of an inch. This display offers the possibility of passing any type of multiple document with this length.
- This machine uses a pen to sign and write. If chemical documents have to be processed, it is possible to set the pen pressure on the paper for up to 4 copies.
- Speed varies according to the length of your text or signature, since the tracing operation takes place at approximately the speed of a hand movement. We estimate the average speed of a conventional signature at 800 documents / hour. This speed is preset in the package, but can be changed if you wish.
- The trace made by the machine is recorded earlier by us in a package which contains the memory read by the machine. The machine operate only if this package is connected. If you want to change a text or a signature, disconnect this package and install another of your choice. All the traces may be made in any direction or orientation (straight, upside down, tilted, etc...) as long as their surface area does not extend beyond the frame defined on the signature authorization form.
The documents signed by this machine are just like originals since the writing is done with an ordinary pen (fountain pen, ball point pen, or ink pen). Therefore, to assure your protection, two important security devices are provided: a coder and a disconnectable memory package, which may be stored in a secure location. The machine, on the other hand, does not have any internal memory.
All our automatic machines can sign individual documents, of any format and paper weight.
Some other operating securities also exist on the machine, such as:
- Machine shutdown in a "paper jam" condition.
- Machine shutdown in an "end of paper" condition.
OPTIONS:
- A capability of signing one sheet out of 2, etc...
- A marker cell; it allows stopping documents at different heights, provided a mark can be made on a paper edge in height or if you want writing to be done.
- A capability of writing texts at different heights on the same document, and in only a single paper pass.
